Community Guidelines

Traveldi exists to help travelers meet real people where they are. These Guidelines keep the community safe, respectful and fun. They apply to everyone and to everything you do in the app: profiles, photos, chat, trips and stories. They form part of our Terms of Service; breaking them has consequences (see "Enforcement" below). We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

1. Be respectful

• Treat other travelers the way you would want to be treated on the road.
• No harassment, stalking, intimidation or threats, in the app or in person.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or immigration status.
• No unwanted sexual content or advances. "No" means no: do not keep messaging someone who has not replied or has unmatched you.

2. Be real

• Use your own recent photos and honest information. No impersonation, fake profiles or misrepresenting your identity, age or intentions.
• One person, one account.
• Traveldi is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts of younger persons are removed as soon as we become aware of them.

3. Keep it legal and clean

• No illegal activity of any kind, including solicitation, drug sales or human trafficking.
• No nudity or pornographic content. No content sexualising minors; such content is removed immediately and reported to law enforcement.
• No violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders. If you or someone you meet is struggling, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
• No spam, scams, pyramid schemes, commercial solicitation or advertising. Traveldi is for meeting people, not selling to them.

4. Respect privacy

• Never share another person's private information (phone number, address, documents, exact location) without their consent, in the app or outside it.
• Do not screenshot and share other people's profiles or conversations to mock or expose them.
• Only publish photos of other people with their consent.

5. Meet safely

• Meet first in public places: a café, a hostel common room, a walking tour.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going and with whom.
• Keep your documents, cards and valuables to yourself. Never lend money to someone you just met; requests for money are almost always scams: report them.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, leave, and report the profile.

6. Reporting and blocking

• You can report any profile, message, story or trip, and block any user, in one tap: from chat, profiles and stories. Blocking is immediate and the blocked person is not notified.
• Every report is reviewed by our moderation team, promptly and no later than within 24 hours.
• Emergencies belong with local authorities first; if you are in danger, call local emergency services (112 in the EU), then report to us.
• You can also reach us outside the app at info@traveldi-app.com.

7. Enforcement and appeals

• Depending on severity, violations lead to: a warning, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Severe violations (safety threats, illegal content, minors) result in an immediate permanent ban.
• We tell you what was removed or restricted and why.
• You can appeal any moderation decision within 14 days by writing to info@traveldi-app.com. Appeals are reviewed by a human.
• Banned users may not create new accounts.
